Connection Details
- When you have ordered, our customer service verify your order and setup your Seedbox.
Then you receive an email with details (this is an example, do not use these details):
Server : server.seedbox.cc
Login : johndoe
Password : CVRFYXgwJaGZ
Please, print this email. If you loose details, please contact our support service. In any case, don't try to connect to a Seedbox with your Seedbox store website details. . Transmission Setup
- When you receive your confirmation email, you will find a line called "Web User Interface". Just click on this link, and your web browser will prompt for login and password. If you have an error, be sure to copy and paste your password, system is case character sensible.

- Classic and Premium Seedbox can be managed with a remote control interface. This is a small software you can setup in your computer. Most users use this software because it's more reliable than web interface and it's útorrent-like.
When software is installed, you need to configure it with following details :
Login, Password and Port Manage Files with FTP
- In confirmation email, you will find a paragraph called "FTP server".
You have two solutions to use it :
- Internet Explorer: In your URL bar, just enter ftp://login:password@server.seedbox.cc. Your files will appear. You can also use Internet Explorer FTP function to be able to delete files (Options, Tools, "Open as FTP").
- FileZilla : You can also use a dedicated software to manage files. We recommand to use FileZilla. Downloads
Transmission Remote Configuration

First start :
You must change Remote Host, Port, Username and Password
In confirmation email, you will find following details (replace with correct values) :
Attention, "Remote Host", must NOT include "http://".
Server : xxxXXX.seedbox.fr:1234
Login : login
Password : *******
And that's it, Seedbox is ready to use !
